The Associate Editor Mentorship Programme was initiated in 2018 as an opportunity for early career researchers to gain valuable editorial experience working with an experienced Associate Editor.
As a multidisciplinary journal, the Editorial Board comprises ten, part-time, discipline-specific Associate Editors who are responsible for managing the peer review of manuscript submissions in their respective research fields. Each year, a one-year mentoring opportunity is offered to two early career researchers in a discipline represented in the Journal.
